Named B2C education-growth case study
We built one system for two admissions journeys.
Modi World School needed to grow boarding-school admissions through Jhunjhunu Academy and defence-academy admissions through Shoorveer Defence Academy. We connected SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and Meritto so each journey had its own strategy—and both worked inside one accountable system.
01 · The problem
One brand was serving two very different decisions.
Parents comparing boarding schools and families choosing defence preparation do not search, evaluate, or enquire in the same way. A generic campaign plan could not serve both—or show the business what was actually working.
Win the parent’s shortlist.
CBSE, residential education, facilities, fees, location, and trust.
Win the career decision.
NDA, Sainik, Agniveer, preparation, outcomes, and student ambition.
Traffic and landing-page scopes split the customer journey.
Calls, forms, and app actions blurred the meaning of one platform total.
So we stopped optimizing channels separately and rebuilt the entire path from search demand to an admissions conversation.
02 · What we built
One operating system. Two acquisition playbooks.
We rebuilt organic demand, separated paid strategy by intent, and repaired the measurement handoffs. Every channel gained one clear job inside the same admissions journey.

That structure made the next step simple: measure each layer, keep each number in its proper context, and scale what moved the journey forward.
03 · What changed
Organic demand grew. Paid acquisition became more efficient.
SEO created durable demand. Meta expanded and nurtured it. Google captured high intent. The dashboards below show the contribution of each layer without pretending that one platform action equals one admission.
Demand layer
We made organic search a dependable admissions channel.
- +87.7% Search clicks: 27.4K vs 14.6K
- +51.0% impressions: 1.11M vs 735K
- 59,894 organic sessions at 51.43% engagement

Organic visitors stayed engaged
High-intent layer
We built the Google engine, then rebuilt it when efficiency fell.
We first produced 2,120.13 platform actions at INR 127.24 in Q1 2024. After the account restarted at INR 1,143.84 per action in Q1 2025, we rebuilt the campaign system.
- 1,002 H1 2026 platform actions
- +53.92% actions on −33.18% spend
- −56.58% blended platform CPA

The rebuilt engine
Demand-expansion layer
We gave each admissions journey its own Meta campaign system.
The two all-time account exports recorded 29,501 platform lead actions, 462,892 link clicks, 12.50Cr impressions, and INR 41.95L in spend. We used prospecting, lookalikes, retargeting, instant forms, and website submissions for different stages of the decision.

04 · Why it matters
The system reached the result that mattered: admissions.
The client confirmed the enrolled-student outcome. We did not create these totals by adding Google, Meta, or GA4 actions; those dashboards verify the demand and efficiency behind the result.

Working together since October 2023
Three admissions cycles kept us close to the people behind the data.
Four photographs across three documented session dates show the continuity behind the work. That relationship gave us the feedback no dashboard could provide: which creative, calls, forms, and CRM handoffs moved real families forward.
The client’s verdict
The dashboards show performance. The client describes the experience.
Their review connects the work to genuine leads, campaign and creative support, and the Meritto handoff the admissions team used.
